Our Outpatient Program (OP) is a flexible treatment option for individuals who need a lower level of care while still receiving professional support. It helps you stay focused on your recovery goals while balancing work, family, and daily life.
The Outpatient Program provides weekly individual and group sessions that support continued recovery, stress management, and relapse prevention. It is well suited for those transitioning from higher levels of care or beginning treatment with less intensive support needs.
You will continue working with licensed therapists and take part in guided group discussions focused on practical coping skills and relapse prevention.
Our OP is designed to adapt to your changing needs. Core components include:
Supportive sessions focused on addiction education, emotional resilience, and communication skills.
Ongoing one-on-one support to help you stay focused, grounded, and accountable.
Available when required for court or probation purposes.
Provided for clients involved with court, CPS, or employers when documentation is needed.
Light support and referrals to community resources when appropriate.

Many clients ask whether they need IOP or OP when starting treatment. The Outpatient Program is designed for those who already have a stable routine and a strong support system at home. Unlike IOP which meets several times a week OP typically involves just one to two sessions weekly making it a natural next step for clients stepping down from a higher level of care or those whose needs are less intensive from the start.
A typical week in our OP includes one group session focused on relapse prevention communication and emotional resilience along with one individual session where you and your therapist review progress and adjust goals. Many clients find that this lighter structure still provides enough accountability to stay on track while giving them the flexibility to manage work and family responsibilities.
Most major insurance plans cover outpatient treatment services. Before your first session our team will walk you through what your plan covers so there are no surprises. Starting is simple. A short conversation about your history and goals helps us build a plan that fits your specific situation.
OP involves fewer weekly sessions and is designed for clients with a stable support system or those stepping down from a higher level of care.
